Returns & Refunds
Section 1: Returns Policy:
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your Naru products. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 20 days of receiving your order.
Section 2: Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at info@naru-way.com or through our Contact Us form.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you can send the return to us. The shipping costs are on your account.
Section 3: Refunds:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Section 4: Exchanges:
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
